PJ Joshi
Owner, President
As Owner and President of Everest Realty, PJ Joshi brings over seven years of specialized experience in Northern California's dynamic residential real estate market. Known for dual expertise in property management and strategic real estate advisory, PJ helps clients maximize their investment value while ensuring seamless, stress-free management. His real estate acumen is backed by a successful 15-year career in corporate business development, where he ranked among the top ten nationally and earned President's Club and Chairman's Club honors. PJ combines elite negotiation skills with deep local insight to guide every client through their real estate journey

Ira Joshi
Property Manager
Ira Joshi brings over 10 years of industry experience to her role as Property Manager, overseeing day to day operations across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. An Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from IREM, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and a licensed Broker, she specializes in lease management, tenant relations, and the financial side of operations including budgeting and rent collection. With a background spanning multi-family residences, condominiums, and HOAs, Ira is the primary point of contact for service issues, tenant feedback, and billing.

Prachit Joshi
Technology Consultant
Prachit Joshi contributes to Everest Realty as a Technology Consultant, lending his expertise in software development, data engineering, and digital tooling on a project basis. With a foundation in Computer Science and Data Science from UC Berkeley, he supports the company's technical needs from building reporting dashboards and automating workflows to advising on modern tools that keep operations running efficiently. His broader background in AI integration and product strategy, developed across multiple industry engagements, allows him to bring practical, scalable solutions to the evolving needs of the business.
